Every 3 years our practice undergoes a patient survey, and your feedback is important for us to make improvements. Thank you to everyone who participated in our overwhelmingly positive feedback this year, 2024.
Feedback is important for our practice. If you have a compliment, complaint or improvement suggestion, please complete a Feedback Form below which will be automatically emailed to the Practice Manager and will be treated confidentially.
Your feedback enables us to pass on compliments, address complaints and use improvement suggestions. Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback.
Social Media Posts & Comments
We are unable to respond to negative or defamatory reviews on social media & Google platforms as we are bound by confidentiality restrictions, regulations and ethical codes. We will not continue to provide services to individuals who leave such reviews without first trying to address issues directly. Negative reviews or complaints via social media undermine the ideal doctor-patient relationship and quality of care which we seek to provide. We strongly request using our Feedback Form below, rather than social media to voice your concerns.
